1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
After cancellation, your paid features remain available until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
2. General Refund Rule
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where required by applicable law or explicitly granted by ideY.
3. Cases Where We May Consider a Refund
We may review and approve refunds in limited situations such as duplicate charges, verified payment errors, or severe service disruption attributable to ideY.
Refunds are evaluated case by case and are not automatic.
4. Refund Request Window
To request a review, contact us within 14 days of the charge date and include your account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation.
5. Processing Time
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
6. Abuse and Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, repeated refund patterns, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
